About Me

I am a Cambridge-based picture book illustrator, self-taught and happily led astray by curiosity, sketchbooks, and the occasional cup of tea. I create illustrations for children’s stories, full of gentle magic, quiet humour, and characters who feel as though they might wander off for a stroll along the river.

My work is inspired by childhood imagination, tender emotions, and the charm of everyday moments ; the sort you notice on slow walks, rainy afternoons, and in well-loved books. I enjoy playing with colour, texture, and atmosphere to build cosy little worlds where stories unfold at their own pace.

Through my illustrations, I hope to invite children (and grown-ups) to pause, peer a little closer, and believe in small wonders; the kind that feel familiar, comforting, and just a bit magical.
